Goodbye 2020, you will be (weirdly) missed.

While reminiscing on this dumpster fire of a year, a definite highlight was being able to drive the ringroad with my family. Since my work takes me to all of the places in normal times, I was so happy to get the chance to experience my country as a tourist this time around. We visited the north first, starting in Akureyri and then heading whale watching in Húsavík (við skjálfanda) and my 8y old lost her cool completely. Being the huge Eurovision movie fan she is. My two girls both have a huge attitude towards my camera (me) so everytime I bring it or even think about it, they make a face. Here’s hoping that other photographer parents relate. I tried enticing my teen with teaching her to work the camera. Obviously she’s a natural and here’s hoping the interest will follow <3

In stead of making a normal recap I figured I’d do a personal photoblog since there wasn’t a lot happening professionally. I sincerely wish all you lovely people a stunning 2021 and a huge SKÁL to all who made it through 2020. Loads of warmth and light to you <3
